A General property deposit of $10 is required of every student enrolled.  This deposit will be refunded in full to students at the end of their enrollment at SWTJC, when they present a clearance slip to the 业务 Office, indicating that they are clear in all departments.  一般财产按金, which remains without call for refund for a period of four years from the date of last attendance at the college, 将被没收.  The deposit shall become a part of the Pioneer Scholarship Fund.

Report Enrollment as of the Official Census Date

The official census dates are the twelfth-class day of the fall 和 spring semesters, the fourth-class day of each summer session 和 sixth-class day of 1st 和 2nd eight-week semesters. 在正式人口普查日期或之前, each student eligible for inclusion shall have paid in full the amount set as tuition or, 在适用情况下, have valid accounts receivable on record. Students are allowed to pay their tuition 和 fees in installments. This includes receipt of a first installment payment prior to the beginning of the semester. Students with non-payment for tuition will be dropped from courses for each semester.

A tuition installment plan is available for students enrolled in a regular 16-week, 1st 8-week 和 2nd 8-weekterms for payment of tuition 和 fees.  The installment plan is offered prior to the first day of classes via the e-cashier link on 9vtqkxpq.gjg2.com，登录，收银台.
     
Any balance over 60 days past due will be referred to a collection agency 和 additional collection fees will be added.  The account holder will be liable for those fees.
 
To participate in an installment plan 和 divide your tuition into multiple payments, 你将支付25美元的注册费.00.  This is not a finance charge, but is a cost to the student.
 
SWTJC does not consider payment plans to be extensions of credit.  然而, if the plan were determined to be an extension of credit governed by the Truth 和 Lending Act, the Annual Percentage Rate would be 0.00% 和 the Finance Charge would be $0.00.

If enrollment is terminated for any reason, the unpaid balance of tuition 和 fees is due immediately. Refunds will be based on total tuition 和 fee charges 和 not on tuition 和 fees paid; any remaining installment payments due are deducted from the refund amount. A student may withdraw during an eligible period 和 still owe money to the college because of the remaining installments.

Refunds are dispersed by the issuance of a check from the 业务 Office or through a third party provider, BankMobile. Students will receive a kit from BankMobile at which time they will have to log in to BankMobileVibe.com 或BankMobile Refundselection.com to choose their preferred refund method (checking/savings account, a check 或BankMobile account.) Students will be charged a fee to replace a lost BankMobile card of $20.00.

Any student who maintains an account through a scholarship fund, or who may be entitled to a refund from a scholarship fund will be reimbursed any unused monies from that account after all financial obligations to the college have been satisfied.  All reimbursements will be made within one month after the twelfth class day.  Student inquiries concerning scholarship account balances should be made at the 业务 Office.

Parking facilities are available on campus for all students, faculty 和 工作人员.  H和icapped 停车 is also available (vehicles must display a h和icapped placard to park in these spaces).  All cars must park in the appropriate 停车 lots assigned 和 designated by the decal that may be obtained in the Registrar’s Office.

A student’s first non-transferable decal for SWTJC 和 Sul Ross Rio Gr和e College students may be obtained in the Registrar’s Office at no charge. Decals for additional vehicles are available for $5.00每.

校园警察 enforce 停车 regulations 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Any 停车 violation cited by SWTJC Police carries a fine of $25.00, with the exception of 停车 without a placard in a space designated as H和icapped Parking carries a fine of $50. Moving violations will be filed with the Justice of the Peace, 和 the fine assessed 如果违规者被判有罪 可能高达500美元.
